* Restore badges for PyPi and Apache license; and edit links. Removed badge for build status as build status for Deeplearning4j overall is not meaningful here. Java-Python coffee image removed as we (probably) don't want to be pointing to the old repo. Apache LICENSE file added for pydatavec as it was not previously included. To build everything, we can use commands like

An example of GPU "CC" or compute capability is 61 for Titan X Pascal.
